Main Ingredients

Bo-Mustard Sauce

Method

Preparing the Panini

1

Prepare the Ingredients

Gather all the ingredients. Slice the sweet ham, roasted pork, and dill pickles if not already sliced.

2

Assemble the Panini

On one slice of Panini bread, layer the sweet ham, roasted pork, dill pickles, and baby Swiss cheese. Top with the second slice of Panini bread.

3

Toast the Panini

Preheat the Panini maker. Once hot, place the assembled sandwich inside and close the lid. Toast for about 3-5 minutes or until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted.

Making the Bo-Mustard Sauce

4

Mix the Sauce Ingredients

In a small bowl, combine the Dijon mustard, mayonnaise, honey, and apple cider vinegar. Stir until well blended.

5

Serve

Once the Panini is toasted, remove it from the Panini maker and slice it in half. Serve warm with the Bo-Mustard sauce on the side for dipping.
