Marinated Chicken
Salad Ingredients
Method
Marinating the Chicken
- 1
- 2
Marinate the Chicken
Place the chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag or a shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the chicken, ensuring it's well-coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours for more flavor.
Grilling the Chicken
- 3
Preheat the Grill
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- 4
Grill the Chicken
Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the marinade. Grill the chicken breasts for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C). Once cooked, remove from the grill and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
Assembling the Salad
- 5
Prepare the Salad Base
While the chicken is resting, wash and chop the romaine lettuce. Place it in a large salad bowl.
- 6
Add Salad Ingredients
Chop the tomatoes and add them to the bowl along with the shredded parmesan cheese, croutons, and Kalamata olives.
- 7
Add Dressing
Drizzle Caesar dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
- 8
Top with Chicken
Slice the grilled chicken and place it on top of the salad. Serve immediately.
