Method

Preparation of Wings

  1. 1

    Prepare the Chicken Wings

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Rinse the chicken wings under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels. In a large bowl, mix together the salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and baking powder.

  2. 2

    Coat the Wings

Add the chicken wings to the bowl with the seasoning mixture and toss until the wings are evenly coated.

  3. 3

    Arrange on Baking Sheet

Place the wings in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Ensure there is space between each wing for even cooking.

Cooking

  1. 4

    Bake the Wings

Bake the wings in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, turning them halfway through, until they are crispy and golden brown.

Sauce Preparation

  1. 5

    Prepare the Sauces

While the wings are baking, prepare your sauces. In separate bowls, mix the following: combine the Cajun seasoning with melted butter; mix the hot sauce; mix the Cordova sauce with honey; combine the chipotle sauce; prepare a bowl of ranch dressing and bleu cheese dressing; and mix the bacon bits with ranch dressing. For sesame ginger, combine sesame oil with grated ginger.

Serving

  1. 6

    Serve the Wings

Once the wings are done baking, remove them from the oven. Toss them in your desired sauce or serve them plain. Serve with homemade ranch or bleu cheese dressing on the side for dipping.
