Quesadilla Preparation

Prepare the Ingredients
Thinly slice the sweet ham, roasted pork, and dill pickles. Grate or slice the baby swiss cheese.

Assemble the Quesadillas
Place one tortilla on a clean surface. Layer with sweet ham, roasted pork, dill pickles, and baby swiss cheese. Top with another tortilla.

Cook the Quesadillas
Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add the quesadilla and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until the tortillas are golden brown and the cheese is melted. Repeat with the remaining quesadillas.

Slice and Serve
Remove the quesadillas from the skillet, let them cool for a minute, then slice into wedges and serve warm.

Combine Sauce Ingredients
In a small bowl, whisk together the Dijon mustard, honey, apple cider vinegar, olive oil, and garlic powder until smooth.

Transfer the Bo-Mustard sauce to a serving dish and serve alongside the quesadillas for dipping.
