Chicken Salad
Prepare the Chicken Salad
In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded cooked chicken, mayonnaise, diced celery, halved grapes, chopped nuts, Dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper.
Mix Ingredients
Stir the mixture thoroughly until all ingredients are well combined and the chicken is evenly coated with the mayo mixture.
Assemble Sandwiches
Slice the croissant rolls in half and fill each with a generous portion of the chicken salad mixture.
Homemade Chips
Preheat Oven
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Prepare Potatoes
Thinly slice the potatoes and place them in a large bowl. Toss with olive oil, salt, and paprika until evenly coated.
Bake Chips
Spread the potato slices in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake for about 20-25 minutes or until crispy and golden brown, flipping halfway through.
Coleslaw
Prepare Vegetables
In a large bowl, combine the shredded cabbage and shredded carrots.
Mix Dressing
In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and black pepper.
Combine and Toss
