Prepare the Wings

Season the Wings
In a large bowl, season the chicken wings with salt and black pepper. Toss to coat evenly.

Heat the Oil
In a large pot, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).

Fry the Wings
Carefully add the chicken wings to the hot oil in batches. Fry for about 8-10 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Prepare the Celery Sticks

Cut the Celery
Wash and cut the celery stalks into 3-4 inch pieces. Arrange them on a serving platter.
Prepare the Blue Cheese Dressing

Mix the Dressing
In a mixing bowl, combine blue cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until smooth and creamy.
