Prepare the Glass
Rub the rim of a rocks glass with a lime wedge to moisten it. Dip the rim into salt to coat it evenly. Set aside.

Combine Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, add 2 oz of tequila, 1 oz of lime juice, and 1 oz of triple sec. Fill the shaker with ice.

Shake
Secure the lid on the shaker and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until well chilled.
Serving

Pour and Garnish
Strain the mixture into the prepared rocks glass filled with ice. Garnish with 2 lime wedges on the rim of the glass.
