Prepare the ingredients
Chop the kimchi, onion, zucchini, green onions, and mushrooms. Mince the garlic cloves. Cut the pork belly into bite-sized pieces.

In a large pot, heat the sesame oil over medium heat. Add the pork belly and sauté until browned. Add the onions and garlic, cooking until the onions are translucent.
