Chicken Preparation

Prepare the Chicken
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. If desired, marinate the chicken breasts in olive oil and lemon juice for extra flavor.

Grill the Chicken
Place the chicken breasts on the grill and cook for about 6-7 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Remove from grill and let rest.
Jalapeño Pimento Cheese Preparation

Make the Pimento Cheese
In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sharp cheddar cheese, diced jalapeños, mayonnaise, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined and creamy.

Prepare the Lettuce and Tomato
Wash and dry the lettuce leaves. Slice the tomato into thick slices.

Assemble the Sandwich
On a plate, place the grilled chicken breast. Top it generously with jalapeño pimento cheese, followed by the bacon slices, lettuce leaves, and tomato slices.
