Our classic Caesar salad with cheddar & tomato

Rinse the Romaine lettuce under cold water to remove any dirt. Pat dry with a paper towel. Chop into bite-sized pieces and place in a large salad bowl.

Wash and Prepare Lettuce

Wash the cherry tomatoes and slice them in half. Add them to the bowl with the lettuce.

Prepare Cherry Tomatoes

Sprinkle croutons over the lettuce and tomato mixture in the salad bowl.

Add Croutons

In a medium bowl, combine the mayonnaise, grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper. Whisk together until smooth and well blended.

Mix Dressing Ingredients

Pour the dressing over the salad base in the large salad bowl. Toss gently to coat the lettuce, tomatoes, and croutons evenly with the dressing.

Combine Salad and Dressing

Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the top of the salad as a final touch.

Add Cheddar Cheese

Serve immediately and enjoy your classic Caesar salad with a twist of cheddar and tomatoes.
