Ingredients: 16 oz Cold water lobster tails; 4 tbs Butter; 2 tsp Garlic; 2 tbs Lemon juice; 1 tsp Paprika; to taste Salt; to taste Black pepper; 2 tbs Fresh parsley, chopped

Begin by thawing the cold water lobster tails if they are frozen. Place them in the refrigerator for several hours or overnight for the best results. If you're short on time, you can run them under cold water for about 30 minutes until thawed.

Prepare the Lobster Tails

Using kitchen scissors, carefully cut down the back of each lobster tail shell, stopping just before the tail fin. Gently pry the shell apart to expose the meat, being careful not to detach it completely.

Set your oven's broiler to high and let it preheat while you prepare the lobster tails.

In a small bowl, melt the butter and mix in the minced garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Brush this mixture generously over the lobster meat.

Season the Lobster

Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet, meat side up. Broil them for about 8-10 minutes or until the meat is opaque and cooked through. The internal temperature should reach 140°F (60°C).

Broil the Lobster Tails

Once cooked, remove the lobster tails from the oven and sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley. Serve immediately with additional melted butter and lemon wedges on the side.
