Salad Preparation

Prepare the Romaine
Wash the romaine lettuce thoroughly under cold water. Remove any wilted leaves and chop the remaining lettuce into bite-sized pieces.

Grate the Parmesan
Using a grater, finely grate the Parmesan cheese and set it aside for later use.

Mix in Croutons
Add the croutons to the bowl with the chopped romaine lettuce.
Dressing Preparation

Make the Dressing
In a medium bowl, combine the mayonnaise, minced garlic, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, and Dijon mustard. Whisk together until smooth.

Season the Dressing
Add salt and black pepper to the dressing to taste, mixing well to incorporate.
Assembly

Combine Salad and Dressing
Pour the dressing over the romaine lettuce and croutons. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese on top.

Gently toss the salad until everything is evenly coated with the dressing.
