Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Steak

Remove the ribeye steak from the refrigerator and let it sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes. This helps the steak cook more evenly.

  2. 2

    Season the Steak

Generously rub the steakhouse shake seasoning all over the ribeye steak, ensuring it is evenly coated on both sides.

  3. 3

    Cook the Steak

Preheat your grill or skillet over high heat. Once hot, place the seasoned ribeye on the grill or skillet and sear for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare. Adjust time as necessary for your preferred doneness.

  4. 4

    Let it Rest

Once cooked to your liking, remove the steak from the heat and let it rest for about 10 minutes. This allows the juices to redistribute throughout the meat.

  5. 5

Prepare Garlic Sautéed Mushrooms and Onions

In a skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Add 1 cup of sliced mushrooms and 1 cup of sliced onions. Sauté for about 5-7 minutes until the mushrooms are golden and the onions are translucent. Add 2 cloves of minced garlic and cook for an additional 2 minutes.

  6. 6

    Serve

Slice the ribeye steak against the grain and serve topped with the garlic sautéed mushrooms and onions.
