Prepare the Glass
Rim the edge of a chilled cocktail glass with a lime wedge and dip it into toasted coconut flakes to create a coconut rim.

Mix the Cocktail
In a cocktail shaker, combine the 1800 Coconut Tequila, Triple Sec, Coco Lopez, and Sweet ‘n’ Sour Mix. Fill the shaker with ice and shake well until chilled.

Strain the mixture into the prepared glass. Garnish with a lime wedge on the rim.
