Ribs Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Ribs

Start by removing the membrane from the back of the pork ribs. This helps the seasoning penetrate better and makes for a more tender bite.

  2. 2

    Mix the Rub

In a bowl, combine smoked paprika, brown sugar, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and liquid smoke. Mix well to create a dry rub.

  3. 3

    Season the Ribs

Generously apply the dry rub all over the ribs, ensuring they are evenly coated. Let them marinate for at least 30 minutes or preferably overnight in the refrigerator.

  4. 4

    Smoke the Ribs

Preheat your smoker to 225°F (107°C). Place the ribs in the smoker and cook for approximately 3-4 hours, or until they are tender and the meat pulls away from the bone easily.

  5. 5

    Finish with BBQ Sauce

In the last 30 minutes of cooking, brush the ribs with BBQ sauce to create a flavorful glaze.

Meats Preparation

  1. 6

    Cook the Chicken

Preheat a grill or skillet over medium heat. Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper. Grill for about 6-7 minutes per side or until fully cooked and juices run clear. Let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

  2. 7

    Cook the Sausage

In the same skillet or on the grill, cook the sausage links over medium heat, turning occasionally, until they are browned and cooked through, about 10-12 minutes.

  3. 8

    Serve

Slice the chicken breast and serve alongside the smoked ribs and cooked sausage links. Drizzle additional BBQ sauce over the meats if desired.
