Brine the Pork
Allow the brine to cool completely. Submerge the pork tenderloin in the brine, cover, and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.

Marinate the Pork
Remove the pork from the brine and pat dry. Place in a zip-top bag or dish, pour the marinade over it, and seal. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
Cooking the Souvlaki

Prepare the Skewers
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Cut the marinated pork into 1-inch cubes. Thread the cubes onto skewers.

Combine with Broth
Add chicken broth and salt. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 15-20 minutes until liquid is absorbed.

Add the green beans, salt, and pepper. Sauté for 5-7 minutes until the green beans are tender but still crisp.
