Using a sharp knife, slice each jalapeno in half lengthwise. Carefully remove the seeds and inner membranes with a spoon or knife for a milder heat level, or leave them in for more spice.

Drizzle lime juice over the seasoned jalapeno halves to enhance flavor.

Preheat Oven
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Place the prepared jalapeno halves cut side up on a baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until they are tender and lightly charred.
