Lamb Chops

Greek Potatoes

Method

Preparing Lamb Chops

  1. 1

    Marinate the Lamb Chops

In a bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, chopped fresh rosemary, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to create a marinade.

  2. 2

    Coat the Lamb Chops

Add the lamb chops to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, preferably 2-4 hours.

Preparing Greek Potatoes

  1. 3

    Prepare the Potatoes

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Wash and quarter the Yukon Gold potatoes.

  2. 4

    Season the Potatoes

In a large bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Add the quartered potatoes and toss to coat evenly.

  3. 5

    Bake the Potatoes

Spread the seasoned potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for about 30-35 minutes, or until golden brown and tender, flipping halfway through.

Grilling the Lamb Chops

  1. 6

    Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

  2. 7

    Grill the Lamb Chops

Remove the lamb chops from the marinade and place them on the hot grill. Grill for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or longer to achieve your desired doneness.

  3. 8

    Rest the Lamb Chops

Once cooked, remove the lamb chops from the grill and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.
