Method

Appetizer

  1. 1

    Prepare the Tomato Mixture

Dice the Roma tomatoes and finely chop the fresh basil and garlic cloves. In a medium bowl, combine the diced tomatoes, basil, minced garlic, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and black pepper. Mix well and set aside.

  2. 2

    Toast the Bread

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Arrange the slices of bruschetta on a baking sheet. Toast in the oven for about 5-7 minutes or until golden brown.

  3. 3

    Assemble the Bruschetta

Remove the toasted bread from the oven. Top each slice with the prepared tomato mixture. Serve immediately.

Main Course

  1. 4

    Marinate the Chicken

In a bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, garlic powder, paprika, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Add the chicken breasts and coat them well with the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

  2. 5

    Cook the Chicken

Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Remove the chicken from the marinade and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked and juices run clear.

  3. 6

    Garnish and Serve

Remove from heat, let rest for a few minutes, then garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Dessert

  1. 7

    Prepare the Chocolate Ganache

Chop the dark chocolate into small pieces and place it in a heatproof bowl. In a small saucepan, heat the heavy cream over medium heat until it just starts to simmer.

  2. 8

    Combine and Cool

Pour the hot cream over the chopped chocolate. Let it sit for a minute, then stir until smooth. Add sugar, vanilla extract, and a pinch of sea salt. Mix well.

  3. 9

    Chill and Serve

Pour the ganache into serving cups and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving. Enjoy your delicious chocolate ganache!
