Cheese Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Cheese

Slice the imported Brie, Cheddar, and Goat Cheese into wedges or cubes, depending on your preference. Arrange them on a serving platter.

Marinated Olives Preparation

  1. 2

    Marinate the Olives

In a bowl, combine the mixed olives, olive oil, fresh rosemary, smashed garlic cloves, lemon zest, and red pepper flakes. Mix well until the olives are coated in the marinade. Allow the olives to marinate for at least 30 minutes at room temperature.

Vegetable Preparation

  1. 3

    Prepare the Vegetables

Thinly slice the red onion and arrange it on the platter next to the cheeses. Place the pepperoncini peppers alongside the olives.

Pita Preparation

  1. 4

    Prepare the Pita

Warm the pita bread in a toaster or on a skillet until slightly toasted. Cut each piece into triangles and arrange them on the platter.

Assembly

  1. 5

    Assemble the Cheese Plate

On a large serving platter, arrange the sliced cheeses, marinated olives, red onion slices, pepperoncini peppers, and pita triangles in an aesthetically pleasing manner. Serve immediately.
