Meat Preparation

Choose Your Meat
Select either pulled pork, smoked brisket, or pulled chicken. If using pulled pork or chicken, ensure they are cooked and shredded. If using brisket, ensure it is sliced.
BBQ Sauce Preparation

Make the BBQ Sauce
In a medium saucepan, combine ketchup, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir well to combine.

Heat the Sauce
Place the saucepan over medium heat and bring the mixture to a simmer. Reduce heat to low and let it cook for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Prepare the Buns
Toast the hamburger buns lightly on a skillet or in a toaster, if desired.

Assemble the Sandwich
On the bottom half of each bun, place 1/2 cup of your chosen meat. Drizzle with BBQ sauce to taste. If using coleslaw, add it on top of the meat.

Finish the Sandwich
Place the top half of the bun on each sandwich. Serve immediately.

Prepare the Potato Salad
In a large bowl, combine boiled potatoes, mayonnaise, mustard, diced celery, onions, salt, and pepper. Mix well. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
