Meats Preparation

Pulled Pork
Rub the pulled pork with your favorite BBQ rub and cook in a slow cooker on low for 8 hours or until tender. Shred with a fork.

Beef Brisket
Season the brisket with salt and pepper. Smoke it at 225°F for about 8-10 hours, until it reaches an internal temperature of 203°F. Let it rest before slicing.

Pulled Chicken
Cook the chicken in a slow cooker with BBQ sauce for 6 hours on low or until easily shredded.

Grilled Sausage
Grill the sausages on medium heat for 10-12 minutes, turning frequently until fully cooked.

Rub ribs with seasoning and smoke at 225°F for 4-6 hours, basting with BBQ sauce during the last hour.

In a saucepan, combine ketchup, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Simmer for 15 minutes on low heat, stirring occasionally.

In a bowl, mix shredded cabbage and carrots with mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper. Chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour before serving.

Boil potatoes until tender, then chop and mix with mayonnaise, mustard, chopped onions, salt, and pepper. Chill before serving.
