Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper.

  2. 2

    Mix Dry Ingredients

In a large bowl, sift together the all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, granulated sugar, brown sugar, salt, and baking powder until well combined.

  3. 3

    Melt Butter

In a saucepan over low heat, melt the unsalted butter. Once melted, remove from heat and let cool slightly.

  4. 4

    Combine Wet Ingredients

In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs and vanilla extract. Once the butter is slightly cool, add it to the egg mixture and stir until combined.

  5. 5

    Combine Wet and Dry Ingredients

Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.

  6. 6

    Add Chocolate Chips

Fold in the semi-sweet, milk chocolate, and white chocolate chips into the batter until evenly distributed.

Baking

  1. 7

    Pour into Pan

Pour the brownie batter into the prepared baking pan and spread out evenly.

  2. 8

    Bake

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.

  3. 9

    Cool and Serve

Allow the brownies to cool in the pan for about 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely before cutting into squares.
