Chipotle Honey Glazed Pork Babyback Ribs

  1. 1

    Prepare the Ribs

Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C). Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs.

  2. 2

    Make the Glaze

In a bowl, combine honey, chopped chipotle peppers, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper to create the glaze.

  3. 3

    Glaze the Ribs

Place the ribs on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil. Brush the glaze generously over the ribs.

  4. 4

    Bake the Ribs

Cover the ribs with another piece of foil and bake in the preheated oven for 2.5 hours. Remove the top foil for the last 30 minutes.

Beef Brisket

  1. 5

    Prepare the Brisket

Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C). Trim excess fat from the brisket.

  2. 6

    Season the Brisket

In a small bowl, mix together brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Rub the mixture all over the brisket.

  3. 7

    Roast the Brisket

Place the brisket in a roasting pan and pour beef broth around it. Cover with foil and roast for about 3 hours.

  4. 8

    Rest and Slice

Remove from the oven and let the brisket rest for 20 minutes before slicing against the grain.

BBQ Bone-In Chicken

  1. 9

    Prepare the Chicken

Preheat your grill to medium heat. Pat the chicken pieces dry and season with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.

  2. 10

    Grill the Chicken

Drizzle olive oil over the chicken and place on the grill. Cook for about 30-35 minutes, turning occasionally.

  3. 11

    Add BBQ Sauce

In the last 10 minutes of cooking, brush BBQ sauce over the chicken and continue grilling until caramelized.

Coleslaw

  1. 12

    Mix the Vegetables

In a large bowl, combine shredded cabbage and carrots.

  2. 13

    Make the Dressing

In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and black pepper.

  3. 14

    Combine

Pour the dressing over the cabbage and carrots, then toss until well coated. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
