Barbecue Pork Spare Ribs

Prepare the Ribs
Preheat your oven to 150°C (300°F). Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs and trim excess fat.

Season the Ribs
In a bowl, mix brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Rub this mixture generously over the ribs.

Cook the Ribs
Place the ribs on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil. Cover the ribs with foil and bake for about 2.5 hours. Remove the foil and brush with barbecue sauce, then bake for an additional 30 minutes.
Beef Burnt Ends

Prepare the Brisket
Trim excess fat from the brisket. Preheat your smoker to 110°C (225°F).

Season the Brisket
Rub the beef rub over the brisket evenly. Smoke for about 6 hours, or until it reaches an internal temperature of 90°C (195°F).

Prepare the Brisket
Trim excess fat from the brisket and season with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.

Rest and Slice
Remove from the smoker, let it rest for at least 30 minutes, then slice against the grain.

Prepare the Chicken
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Season the chicken pieces with smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.

Mix the Vegetables
In a large bowl, combine shredded cabbage and carrots.

Make the Dressing
In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, and salt.

Pour the dressing over the cabbage and carrots, and toss to combine. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.

In a saucepan, cook the chopped bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside.

Simmer the mixture on low heat for about 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.

In a mixing bowl, combine drained corn, cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, milk, salt, and black pepper.
