Method

Pulled Pork

    Prepare the Pork

    Rub the pork shoulder with onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Place in a slow cooker.

    Cook the Pork

    Pour 1 cup of BBQ sauce over the pork. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until the meat is tender and easily pulled apart.

    Shred the Pork

    Once cooked, remove the pork from the slow cooker and shred with two forks. Mix with the remaining BBQ sauce.

    Prepare the Coleslaw

    In a large bowl, combine coleslaw mix and coleslaw dressing. Toss until well coated.

Pulled Chicken

    Prepare the Chicken

    Place chicken breasts in the slow cooker and cover with BBQ sauce.

    Cook the Chicken

    Cook on low for 6 hours or until the chicken is cooked through and tender.

    Shred the Chicken

    Remove chicken from the slow cooker, shred with forks, and mix with the remaining BBQ sauce.

Chopped Brisket

    Prepare the Brisket

    Season the brisket with your choice of spices and place in the oven or smoker.

    Cook the Brisket

    Cook until the internal temperature reaches 195°F (about 6-8 hours in the oven or smoker).

    Chop the Brisket

    Let the brisket rest for 30 minutes before chopping into bite-sized pieces. Serve with pickled onions.

Assemble the Sliders

    Prepare the Sliders

    Slice the slider buns in half. Layer with pulled pork, coleslaw, pulled chicken, bread & butter pickles, and chopped brisket with pickled onions.
