Prepare the Meat
If not using pre-cooked meat, cook your choice of meat (pulled pork, chicken, or beef) until tender and fully cooked. Shred or chop into bite-sized pieces.

Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) to prepare for melting the cheese on the nachos.

Layer the Chips
Spread the tortilla chips evenly on a large baking sheet or oven-safe platter.

Add Meat and Toppings
Evenly distribute the cooked meat over the chips. Then, sprinkle the shredded cheese and jalapenos on top.

Melt the Cheese
Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for about 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Add BBQ Sauce
Once the nachos are out of the oven, drizzle the BBQ sauce over the top to taste.
