Preparation
- 1
Prepare the Meats
Preheat your smoker to 225°F (107°C).
- 2
Season the double-smoked beef, pork, and sausage burnt ends with your choice of spices. Place them in the smoker and let them cook for about 4-5 hours or until they reach an internal temperature of 195°F (90°C).
- 3
For the ribs, season them with your favorite rub and place them on the smoker as well. Cook for 5-6 hours for hickory-smoked pork ribs and 4-5 hours for baby back ribs, until tender.
Serving
- 4
Serve the Barbecue
Once the meats are cooked, remove them from the smoker and let them rest for 15-20 minutes.
- 5
Slice the burnt ends into bite-sized pieces and arrange them on a large platter. Place the ribs next to the burnt ends.
- 6
Serve with Jack Stack original, spicy, and hot BBQ sauces on the side for dipping.
- 7
Warm the silver dollar rolls and serve alongside the barbecue for a complete meal.
