Cooking Directions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Wings

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Rinse the chicken wings under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.

  2. 2

    Season the Wings

In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.

  3. 3

    Bake the Wings

Place the seasoned wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, turning halfway through, until they are golden brown and crispy.

  4. 4

    Prepare the Sauce

While the wings are baking, melt the butter in a small saucepan over low heat and add the buffalo sauce. Stir until well combined.

  5. 5

    Coat the Wings

Once the wings are done baking, remove them from the oven and toss them in the buffalo sauce mixture until fully coated.

  6. 6

    Serve

Serve the wings hot with celery sticks and ranch dressing on the side.
