Cooking Instructions
- 1
Prepare the Beef Patty
In a bowl, season the premium chuck beef with salt and black pepper. Form into a patty approximately 1 inch thick.
- 2
Cook the Bacon
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon strips until crispy. Remove and place on paper towels to drain excess grease.
- 3
Cook the Beef Patty
In the same skillet, add the beef patty and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until desired doneness. During the last minute of cooking, place a slice of American cheese on top of the patty to melt.
- 4
Caramelize the Onions
In the remaining bacon grease, add the caramelized onions and sauté for 2-3 minutes until heated through.
- 5
Assemble the Burger
On the bottom half of the brioche bun, place the cooked beef patty with melted cheese, followed by crispy bacon and caramelized onions. Top with the other half of the bun.
