Cooking Instructions
- 1
Prepare the Brussels Sprouts
Rinse the Brussels sprouts under cold water, trim the ends, and cut them in half lengthwise.
- 2
Sauté the Garlic
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- 3
Cook the Brussels Sprouts
Add the prepared Brussels sprouts to the skillet. Season with salt and black pepper. Sear for about 5-7 minutes until they are golden brown and tender, stirring occasionally.
- 4
Toast the Almonds
In a separate dry skillet, toast the sliced almonds over medium heat for about 3-4 minutes until they are golden brown, stirring frequently to prevent burning.
- 5
Combine and Serve
Once the Brussels sprouts are cooked, remove from heat, drizzle with balsamic glaze, and top with toasted almonds. Serve warm.
