Prepare the Ingredients
Slice the radishes thinly and set aside. Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a bowl.

Mash the Avocado
Using a fork, mash the avocado until it reaches your desired level of creaminess. Add sea salt to taste.

Toast the Bread
Toast the slices of bread until golden brown and crispy.

Assemble the Toast
Spread the smashed avocado evenly on each slice of toasted bread. Top with sliced radishes.

Finish with Olive Oil
Drizzle olive oil over the top of the avocado toast. Optionally, add more sea salt or other toppings as desired.
