In a bowl, combine the tomato paste, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.

Stir the mixture until smooth and creamy. Adjust the seasoning to taste.
Onion Chips

Slice the onion into thin rings.

In a bowl, combine flour, cornstarch, and salt. Gradually add water until you achieve a smooth batter.
