Cooking Pasta

Boil the Water
In a large pot, bring water to a rolling boil. Add 1 tablespoon of salt.

Cook the Spaghetti
Add the spaghetti to the boiling water and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Preparing Seafood

Clean the Seafood
Rinse the shrimp, scallops, and mussels under cold water. Remove any beards from the mussels and set aside.
Making the Sauce

Sauté Garlic
In a large skillet, heat 3 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.

Add Tomatoes
Add the cherry tomatoes to the skillet and cook until they begin to burst, about 3-4 minutes.

Deglaze with Wine
Pour in the white wine and let it simmer for 2 minutes to reduce slightly.

Cook the Seafood
Add the shrimp, scallops, and mussels to the skillet. Sprinkle with red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, or until the seafood is cooked through and mussels have opened.
Combining and Serving

Combine Pasta with Sauce
Add the drained spaghetti to the skillet and toss everything together. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes to heat through.

Garnish and Serve
Remove from heat, stir in fresh parsley, and serve immediately.
