Wickles Pickles

Smokey Pork

Crispy Shallots

Method

Preparing the Deviled Eggs

  1. 1

    Boil the Eggs

Place the eggs in a pot, cover with water, and bring to a boil. Once boiling, cover the pot and remove from heat. Let sit for 12 minutes, then cool in ice water.

  2. 2

    Make the Filling

Peel the cooled eggs and cut them in half lengthwise. Remove the yolks and place them in a bowl. Mash the yolks with mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper until smooth.

  3. 3

    Fill the Eggs

Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg whites.

Assembling the Dish

  1. 4

    Layer the Ingredients

Top each deviled egg with a slice of Wickles Pickle and a spoonful of smokey pulled pork mixed with BBQ sauce.

  2. 5

    Garnish with Crispy Shallots

Fry the thinly sliced shallots coated in flour until golden brown and crispy. Let drain on paper towels, then sprinkle on top of each deviled egg.

  3. 6

    Serve

Arrange the deviled eggs on a platter and serve immediately.
