Preparation
Brew the Black Tea
Boil 4 cups of water in a kettle. Once boiling, remove from heat and add 4 tea bags. Let steep for 5-7 minutes, then remove the tea bags and let the tea cool down to room temperature.
Mix the Beverage
In a large pitcher, combine the cooled black tea, 1 cup of vodka, 1 cup of fresh lemon juice, and 1 tablespoon of simple syrup. Stir well to combine all ingredients.
Serve with Ice
Fill glasses with ice cubes (about 1/3 to 1/2 full) and pour the mixed beverage over the ice.
Garnish
Add lemon slices and fresh mint leaves to each glass for garnish and extra flavor.
