Peach Lemonade Recipe

Prepare the Peach Puree
In a blender, combine the fresh peaches and blend until smooth. If desired, strain the puree through a fine mesh sieve to remove any pulp.

Make the Lemonade
In a large pitcher, combine the freshly squeezed lemon juice, granulated sugar, and water. Stir until the sugar is fully dissolved.

Combine the Mixtures
Add the peach puree to the lemonade mixture. Stir well to combine. Adjust sweetness as needed by adding more sugar or water.

Add the Booze
If you'd like to make it boozy, add the vodka and stir to combine. You can also add prosecco for a fizzy finish.

Serve
Fill glasses with ice, pour the peach lemonade over the ice, and top with prosecco. Garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired.
