Preparation of Syrup

Mix Water and Ingredients
In a small saucepan, combine 100 ml of water with 2 tablespoons of caramel color, 1 teaspoon of phosphoric acid, and 1 teaspoon of sodium saccharin. Stir well to mix all ingredients thoroughly.

Heat the Mixture
Place the saucepan over medium heat and bring the mixture to a gentle simmer. Allow it to simmer for about 5 minutes to ensure the flavors meld together.

Cool the Syrup
Remove the saucepan from heat and let the syrup cool to room temperature. Once cooled, add 1 teaspoon of natural flavors and stir well.
Combining the Drink

Combine Syrup and Carbonated Water
In a large pitcher, pour in the 1 liter of carbonated water. Gradually add the cooled syrup mixture to the carbonated water, stirring gently to combine without losing carbonation.
