Fruity Lemonade

1. Juicing the Lemons

Cut the lemons in half and juice them to extract the lemon juice. You should have about 1 cup of lemon juice.

2. Mixing Ingredients

In a pitcher, combine the freshly squeezed lemon juice, sugar, and 4 cups of water. Stir well until the sugar is fully dissolved.

3. Adding Mint

Add the fresh mint leaves to the mixture for flavor. You can leave them whole or lightly muddle them to release more aroma.

4. Serving

Fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the lemonade over the ice. Garnish with additional mint leaves if desired and serve cold.

5. Boiling Water

In a saucepan, bring 4 cups of water to a boil.

6. Steeping Tea

Once the water is boiling, remove it from heat and add the black tea bags. Let them steep for 5-7 minutes depending on your desired strength.

7. Sweetening the Tea

After steeping, remove the tea bags and stir in 1 cup of sugar until dissolved. Let the tea cool to room temperature.

8. Adding Lemon Juice

Stir in the lemon juice for added flavor.

9. Serving

Fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the iced tea over the ice. Optionally, garnish with lemon slices.

Smoothie

10. Preparing Ingredients

Peel the bananas and set them aside. Rinse the fresh spinach thoroughly.

11. Blending

In a blender, combine the bananas, spinach, Greek yogurt, almond milk, and honey. Add the ice cubes last.

12. Blending Process

Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy. If the smoothie is too thick, add a little more almond milk to reach your desired consistency.

13. Serving

Pour the smoothie into glasses and serve immediately. Optionally, you can garnish with a slice of banana or a sprig of mint.
