Cook the Spaghetti
In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the spaghetti and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Cooking the Sauce

Sauté the Vegetables
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion, garlic, carrot, and celery. Sauté for about 5 minutes or until softened.

Brown the Meat
Add the ground beef to the skillet, breaking it apart with a spoon. Cook until browned, about 7-10 minutes.

Add Tomatoes and Seasoning
Stir in the canned tomatoes, tomato paste, beef broth, oregano, salt, and black pepper. Bring to a simmer.

Simmer the Sauce
Reduce the heat to low and let the sauce simmer for at least 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Serving

Combine and Serve
Serve the cooked spaghetti topped with the Bolognese sauce. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top to taste.
