Panna Cotta Preparation

Prepare Gelatin
Soak the gelatin sheets in cold water for about 5 minutes until soft. Remove and squeeze out excess water.

Heat Cream Mixture
In a saucepan, combine heavy cream, milk, sugar, and salt. Heat over medium heat until it just starts to simmer, stirring occasionally.

Add Gelatin and Goat Cheese
Remove the saucepan from heat. Add the softened gelatin and goat cheese to the cream mixture, whisking until smooth and well combined.

Chill the Mixture
Pour the mixture into serving molds or glasses. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
