Affogato Preparation

Prepare the Espresso
Brew 1 cup of fresh espresso using an espresso machine or stovetop espresso maker.

Scoop the Gelato
In a serving glass or bowl, place 2 cups of vanilla gelato.

Add the Espresso
Pour the hot espresso over the gelato, allowing it to melt slightly.

Add the Chocolate Dome
Place the chocolate dome on top of the gelato and espresso combination.
