    Prepare Bruschetta

    Slice the baguette into 1/2 inch pieces and toast them until golden brown. Top with a mix of diced tomatoes, basil, garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper.

    Prepare Hummus

    In a food processor, combine canned chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, garlic, olive oil, cumin, and salt. Blend until smooth and creamy. Serve with pita chips.

    Arrange Veggie Platter

    Cut an assortment of vegetables such as bell peppers, cucumbers, carrots, and cherry tomatoes. Arrange them beautifully on a large tray and serve with a dip if desired.

    Marinate chicken breasts in olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, and your choice of herbs for at least 30 minutes. Grill over medium heat for 6-7 minutes on each side or until cooked through.

    In a pot, sauté onions in olive oil until translucent. Add arborio rice and stir for 2 minutes. Gradually add vegetable broth, stirring continuously until rice is creamy and al dente. Stir in seasonal vegetables and parmesan cheese.
