Prepare the Ingredients
Gather all the ingredients: prosciutto, arugula, parmesan cheese, balsamic vinegar, nocellara olive oil, and ciabatta bread.

Slice the Ciabatta
Cut the ciabatta bread into two slices, making sure they are thick enough to hold the fillings without falling apart.

Grate the Parmesan
Use a grater to finely grate the parmesan cheese. Set aside for assembly.

Layer the Ingredients
On one slice of ciabatta, layer the prosciutto evenly over the surface, followed by a generous handful of arugula.

Add Parmesan and Dressing
Sprinkle the grated parmesan cheese over the arugula, then drizzle the balsamic vinegar and nocellara olive oil over the top.

Top and Press
Place the second slice of ciabatta on top of the layered ingredients to create a sandwich. Press down gently.

If desired, heat a pan over medium heat and toast the panino for 3-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
