Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Bread

Slice the ciabatta, focaccia, and sourdough loaves horizontally to create sandwich halves.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Fillings

Slice the turkey, ham, and grilled chicken breast into thin slices. If using roasted vegetables, ensure they are ready to be added.

  3. 3

    Prepare the Cheese

Grate or slice the mozzarella, cheddar, and swiss cheese as preferred.

Assembly

  1. 4

    Layer the Ingredients

On the bottom half of each bread slice, spread your choice of condiments (pesto, mustard, mayonnaise). Layer the protein (turkey, ham, chicken, or roasted vegetables) followed by the cheese, and finally add the fresh spinach, tomato slices, and roasted bell peppers.

  2. 5

    Top with Bread

Place the top half of the bread onto the assembled ingredients.

Cooking

  1. 6

    Grill the Panini

Preheat a panini press or grill pan over medium heat. Place the assembled paninis onto the press or pan, and grill for about 3-5 minutes on each side or until the bread is golden and the cheese is melted.

Serving

  1. 7

    Cut and Serve

Remove the paninis from the grill, let cool slightly, and cut into 24 or 36 portions as desired. Serve warm.
