Prepare the Romaine Lettuce

Wash and Chop
Rinse the Romaine lettuce under cold water. Shake off excess water and dry it thoroughly using a salad spinner or paper towels. Once dry, chop the lettuce into bite-sized pieces.
Make the Croutons

Prepare and Bake
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Cut the bread into small cubes. In a mixing bowl, combine the bread cubes with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Toss until the bread is evenly coated. Spread the bread cubes on a baking sheet in a single layer. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown and crispy, stirring halfway through.

Mix Ingredients
In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, grated Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Whisk together until smooth and well combined. Adjust seasoning to taste.
Assemble the Salad

Combine and Serve
In a large salad bowl, combine the chopped Romaine lettuce, croutons, and Caesar dressing. Toss gently until the lettuce is well coated with the dressing. Serve immediately.
