Slice the Cheese
Carefully slice the 0.25 lb of Goat Gouda cheese into thin wedges or bite-sized pieces. Arrange them on a serving platter.

Prepare the Berries
Wash the fresh summer berries thoroughly under cold running water. Drain and pat them dry with a paper towel.

Prepare the Crackers
Open the box of crackers and arrange them around the cheese on the serving platter.

Garnish with Mint
Place the fresh mint leaves strategically on the platter for decoration and added flavor.

In a small bowl, pour 2 tablespoons of honey for drizzling over the cheese or for dipping.
