Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Wash the Fruits

Rinse all fruits under cold running water to remove any dirt or pesticides. Pat them dry with a clean kitchen towel.

  2. 2

    Prepare Apples

Core and slice the apples into bite-sized pieces.

  3. 3

    Slice Bananas

Peel the bananas and slice them into rounds.

  4. 4

    Prepare Grapes

If using seedless grapes, simply wash them. If using grapes with seeds, remove the seeds and cut the grapes in half.

  5. 5

    Slice Strawberries

Remove the green tops from the strawberries and slice them into halves or quarters, depending on size.

  6. 6

    Prepare Blueberries

Rinse the blueberries under cold water and remove any stems.

  7. 7

    Peel and Slice Kiwi

Peel the kiwi with a knife and slice into rounds or wedges.

Assembly

  1. 8

    Combine Fruits

In a large mixing bowl, combine all the prepared fruits: apples, bananas, grapes, strawberries, blueberries, and kiwi.

  2. 9

    Add Optional Toppings

If desired, drizzle honey over the fruit mixture and add lemon juice. Toss gently to combine. Optionally, sprinkle mint leaves on top for garnish.

  3. 10

    Serve

Transfer the fruit bowl to a serving dish or individual bowls. Serve immediately for the freshest taste.
