Add the chopped rosemary to the onions and cook for another minute until fragrant.

In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until well combined. Season with salt and black pepper.

Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large oven-safe skillet, pour the frittata mixture. Cook on the stovetop over medium heat for about 5 minutes until the edges begin to set.

Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the frittata is set and lightly golden on top.
