Preparation
- 1
Combine the Base Ingredients
In a mixing bowl, combine the chia seeds, almond milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir well to ensure that the chia seeds are evenly distributed and not clumped together.
- 2
Let it Sit
Cover the bowl and let the mixture sit for about 5-10 minutes. This allows the chia seeds to absorb the liquid and swell up.
- 3
Stir Again
After the initial resting period, stir the mixture again to break up any clumps of chia seeds. Cover the bowl again and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or preferably overnight, to allow the pudding to thicken.
